In which there are lots of different POV’s again, a hell of a lot of quite possibly dull plotsposition(tm), some depressing introspection (and a lengthy childhood flashback) from our Stanley (Nope, I don’t know either, FML.), there are no sexy-times to speak of, and UBD gets to play at being a real detective.

Will this prove to be the most serious, wordy and boring chapter yet?

Will I ever learn to sell my story in the blurb rather than put people off? (LOL)

Will Justin-the-Goldfish ever be more than a two-dimensional throw-away gag character? (Relevant question is still relevant, dammit.)

Has UBD bitten off more than he can chew going up against two new players?

!!!! EXCELLENT INSTALMENT

Will try to record the feelings that are pretty out of control….

UBD having to do his laundry, too damn adorable. I got this mental image of sometime in the future and he and AGD are in some adorable relationship and they have to go out to a special dinner/awards recognition thing (like AGD is receiving the medal of police swag and fabulousness) and he sneaks off the a tailor and shows up all cleaned up and classed out and AGD just can’t even deal with it and they are adorableandsexyandeverythinggoodandamazing

….TANGENT ASIDE- love that the Lannisters are from South Africa, it’s so perfect, and the whole set up with them is just genius. Totally see Tywin running cheap gold and diamond mines for complete profit and raising them in some south african mansion.

FLASHBACKS…

That story about breaking into the garage and his father’s voice and robert and the nettles it’s all just too damn perfect I can’t even deal. And little babby Renard staring at him and the whole “you’ll take care of him” I just…. I can’t….

UBD BE CAREFUL!

If he gets kidnapped and beaten and AGD has to come save him I will honest die. AND IT WILL BE YOUR FAULT. But imaging him sneakily sauntering around makes me laugh and then feel awkwardly aroused… actually that could be the subtitle to this entire story.
